Forty years ago, my husband and I moved to the Bessemer area of Pueblo, Colorado. Then settled in Pueblo West in 1993, where we continued to raise our six children. I have a proven record of servant leadership in Pueblo County. My service includes:
I will implement change in the County Treasurer's office by implementing SMART goals. I am well versed in the established tool called SMART. SMART is an acronym that stands for specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time bound. These parameters ensure change is attained within a specific time frame. It provides the clarity and the focus required bring about real change.
